Вечір зустрічі з бійцями АТО під назвою «З Україною в серці»

І. Автор: У деякому царстві, в Українській  державі, в стороні Харківській, в місті Люботин жили-були двоє подруг. Дівчатка як дівчатка, але була у них пристрасть одна - комп'ютер. Ось одного разу зібралися вони разом, щоб домашню роботу з англійської мови робити: пройти тестування вивченої лексики по темі, але учити слова їм не дуже хотілось, і ось ... Комп'ютер так дивився на них і заманливо мерехтів монітором, що не витримали дівчата і натиснули на заповітну кнопку. Посиділи вони в «Контакті», «Аську» перевірили, вирішили в «Counter strike» пограти. І раптом ... занесло їх в безмежні простори Інтернету. Через темний довгий тунель потрапили вони у ліцей де учні розмовляли виключно англійською мовою.

Дівчата уходят. В цей час починається змагання двух команд з англійській мові.

1. Основна частина:

Teacher: Good afternoon, children and our guests! I’m very glad to see you here. Now we shall organize a competition called “Intellectual Marathon”. Two teams will take part in a game of the most quick-witted and the cleverest.

P1: де це ми?

P2: я думаю це такий ж самий ліцей, як у нас тільки у США.

P1: Як ми сюди потрапили?

P2:Я зрозуміла! Через комп’ютер, Ми ж до інтернету вийшли, а в інтернеті є все на світі, Ось ми і опинились В США в режимі реального часу.

P1: Добре, а як нам додому потрапити?

P2: Давай підійдемо та запитаємо, що це за ліцей і як нам від сюди вибритися?

P1: А як ми будемо у них питати, вони ж розмовляють виключно англійською мовою.

P2: Я придумала, а давай візьмемо словники.

P1: Ось вони.

Teacher: Good day girls. Who are you? Where are from?

 P1: We are student of lyceum of railway transport

 P2: From Lubotin Kharkov region

P1:My name is…

P1: Do you know how can we get at home?

Teacher: I know. You must to take part in our competitions. You must to become a captains of two teams. Do you agree?

P1,2: Yes, of course.

Teacher: OK, Let`s start.

P1: I’m the captain of the team #1. The name of our team is “Erudites”. Our motto is “Enjoy English!”

Teacher: Who is the captain of the 2nd team?
 

P2: I’m the captain of the team. The name of our team is “Optimists”. Our motto is “Learn English!”.

Teacher: Today all of you have a good chance to improve your English during the game. Now I’m going to teach you how to play this game. The game has 7 contests, they are:

1. The ABC game.

2. A magic 5.

3. Find the synonyms

4. Sights of London.

5. Crossword .

6. Kind of transport

7. The right choice.

1. Teacher: And now we come to the 1st contest of the game called “The ABC game”. Kids, you’ll get some letters from the English alphabet. You must put the letters in the right order, so as to get the names of the English-speaking countries and show it on the map. You have 1 minute at your disposal. Each team can get 5 points.

   IIAmerica, Canada, England, New Zeeland, Philippines ).

2. Teacher: And now we come to the 2nd contest which is called “A magic 5”. Look at the square, each team will take turns in answering questions. You’ll choose any number. Captains will have an opportunity to choose the number.
   You can get 4 points for the right answer. For each I give you a one smile.

On far-off days people travelled on Shank’s pony, on horseback, by boat, by balloon, by coach, by ship.

Now people travel by plane, by train, by bus, by ship, by car, on foot, by bicycle, etc.

Why do many people like to travel by plane, by train and by ship ?

A lot of people like to travel by plane, by train and by ship because modern planes, trains and ships combine speed and comfort.

If people want to travel by plane, by train, by ship or by bus they usually go to the booking-office and buy tickets.

3. Teacher: The 3rd contest is called “Parts and wholes”. I need 1 pupil from each team. You should combine these parts so as to get Find the synonyms . Who will be the first? You can get 5 point for this contest​

4. Teacher: Our next contest is called “Sights of London”. Each team will get a list of sights of London. Each team can get 1 point for the right answer.

It’s very important to make the right choice in our life: the right choice of a color, a hobby, a friend etc. Each team should answer my questions. You’ll get the cards with the letters a, b, c. Choose the right answer and show us the card.​
